- Food Quality Concerns:
- If there is an issue with your food (e.g., undercooked, incorrect order, or poor quality), please notify us. We will work with you to correct the issue by offering a replacement or a different dish, if available.
- Refunds will not be issued for food that has already been consumed.
- Errors in Billing:
- If you believe there is an error in your bill, please bring it to the attention of our management team. We will review the charges and make adjustments as necessary.
- Special Dietary Concerns:
- We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences. If you experience an issue with your meal regarding allergies or special dietary needs, please notify us before ordering so that we can better assist you.
- Cancellation and refund policy:
- Orders can be canceled and receive a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Otherwise, they will not be eligible for a refund.
